The Comedy Club Farnborough September
Last Friday over 150 comedy fans packed into the Village Urban Resort Hotel for what has been described as an ‘ Excellent Night’ by headline comedian Rudi Lickwood.
The function suite once again converted into a fantastic imitate Comedy Club setting, as we delivered another of our famously funny shows!
Comedian, presenter and writer Steve N Allen hosted the evening. With his natural stage presence Steve Connected
With the audience from the off and had them ready and raring to go as our opening act Mandy Muden took to the stage.
Mandy has been Described as like “Alison Steadman playing a beauty consultant doing Tommy Cooper-style magic – but without the fez”,
Mandy had the audience astounded with both the brilliance of some (certainly not all) of her magic and in hysterics at her off-the-cuff one-liners and observations!
The evening came to the climax with headline comedian Rudi Lickwood . Rudi had the audience in the palm of his hands, delivering a comedy masterclass to the Farnborough comedy fans.
Speaking after the show Rudi mentioned ‘ The show was excellent. Steve was a brilliant host and Mandy stormed the show! I really enjoyed myself as it was just like the good old days – people waiting for autographs and photo’s, I couldn’t escape! ‘
