The Comedy Club Christmas Party Nights 2016
The Comedy Club Chelmsford kicked off Christmas 2016 in true style last night.
A packed show room enjoyed a sumptuous festive 3 course meal before the show featuring 3 top comedians.
Our host for the evening was the one only comedian Mr Kevin McCarthy.
Kevin from the very start of the evening had all party goers firmly in the palm of his hand . With an ever changing act, and the ability to find humour in any subject, Kevin’s warm personality and utterly relaxed stage persona certainly had the audience instantly at ease.
First up comedian Paul McCaffrey took to the stage. Many people instantly recognised him from TV, having performed on Russell Howards Good News and as part of Impractical Jokers for BBC 3.
After the interval our headline comedian Mike McClean raised the roof with his hilarious stand –up but also mind boggling mind reading! Before closing his set Mike had 5 guests join him on stage for a hilarious routine, which was enjoyed by the Lion House guests…but not so much by the 5 gentlemen involved!
To end the night guests danced late into the evening with The Comedy Club Disco.
A fantastic night was had by all. The Comedy Club Chelmsford returns with its new run of shows on January 26th 2017, with more top TV comedians taking to the stage.
