Mandy Knight is a true dame of British stand – up comedy and was the first female comedian to compere that bastion of old-school stand-up The Comedy Store.
Mandy has headlined all over the world and has deservedly scooped the Best Female Comedian title at a host of different awards ceremonies over the years, including most recently the Time Out Best Female Comic gong. Also as an actress, she has appeared as one of the main characters in Jo Brand's popular TV series Like it or Lump it and worked with David Baddiel on his series The Baddiel Syndrome

WOW what a night, Thursday 9th October will be talked about around our business in Spalding for a long time, of that I have no doubt.Clearly by the feedback I have already received you (Comedienne Mandy Knight) went down a storm, even with the prudes! The fine line between a good and fantastic comedian is the frame of mind and attitude on the individual on the night, over the years I have had some indifferent ones and some great ones, you will go down in local folklore as a great and for that we thank The Comedy Club in their selection.The way Mandy gelled with Razor and enjoyed yourself was a credit to your profession, I particularly enjoyed the moment in which you won over the elder lady who was a challenge to say the least. I am sure you will also be delighted to know that the atmosphere you helped create generated £15,000 for the benefit of the charity. I would recommend The Comedy Club without hesitation for any future event especially if they want to go a little darker with comedy through Mandy Knight! Once again a huge thanks
