KEVIN SHEPHERD
'You’ll leave with a smile on your face and maybe a tear in your eye’ - Fest
Hailed as one of the funniest and nicest blokes you could meet, Kevin quickly became, and remains, a regular performer at professional comedy clubs on the UK circuit. In 2009 he was asked to perform support slots for if.comeddies nominees (now called The Fosters Comedy Award), Mickey Flanagan and Ivan Brackenbury on their national tours. Kevin has also enjoyed success at the Edinburgh comedy festival and 2013 saw his fourth solo show “Confess Nothing”. Kevin has been honing his skills at the fringe since his debut show “Comics Die in Hot Cars” (2006), developing his writing style with two more successful follow-up shows “Caronicle” (2011) and “Thus Spoke Kev” (2012). Kevin combines a witty, light hearted and often lyrical style of storytelling with laugh-out-loud punchlines and a charming onstage persona. As well as performing his own solo shows, Kevin is a sought-after director, working with many popular festival favourites
