KEVIN GILDEA

Kevin Gildea is a comedian, writer, actor, reader, walker and list maker. Kevin has performed his stand-up all over the shop - Shanghai, Bankok, Dubai, South Africa, Vietnam and Portloaise.

Kevin also plays with his comedy-music act - The Kevin Gildea's (One Guitarist, One Drummer, One Clarinetist and One Comedian).

Kevin was given money by RTE to develop a comedy programme and is awaiting word on its possible making. If they make it you will have further opportunities to look at him in the comfort of your own home. So if you want to look at Kevin, tune into the RTE music programme Reverb on Tuesday nights. He says funny things about old music.

TV. Kevin has appeared in FR. Ted (C4). He starred in the sketch show Haywire (BBC 2) and has been on a million stand-up shows on a zillion tv stations in a quillion pixels. He has appeared a number of times on RTE's The View discussing Culture and Art and has appeared on RTE's Disney Club as Pointy Gildelfi (the naughty elf) discussing Elf strategies in the 21st century.
