BENNETT AARON

The finest (and only) Welsh, Jewish comedian on the circuit, Bennett Aaron has been described as on the one hand, a ''Welsh Seinfeld'', and on the other as a cross between the paranoid angst of Max Boyce and the colloquial valley humour of Woody Allen.

His TV credits include Stop The World, Large and The Wrap for the BBC and Why Did the Chicken? for ITV, while he is shortly to star in his own sitcom for Hartswood Films.

A past winner of the TAPS Comedy Writer of the Year Award and a finalist in the BBC New Comedy Awards, his proudest moment was coming third in the 1982 Boy Scout Disco Dancing Championship.
